You will be taken to Step 1 of a 5-Step process to upload and describe your submission.\r\n\r\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3796\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/start.png\" alt=\"start\" width=\"1263\" height=\"208\" \/><\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\">Step 1<\/span><\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn <strong>Step 1<\/strong> you will provide preliminary information about your submission.\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3782\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step1.png\" alt=\"step1\" width=\"1242\" height=\"585\" \/>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Read and agree to the statements in the submission checklist by checking each box. Include any comments for the editor, read the journal\u2019s privacy statement, and then click the <strong>Save and Continue<\/strong> button to move to <strong>Step 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Step 2<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\r\n\r\nOn <strong>Step 2<\/strong>, a window will open allowing you to upload your submission file.\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3783\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step2.png\" alt=\"step2\" width=\"1270\" height=\"479\" \/>\r\n\r\nFirst, you MUST select an Article Component. This lets the system know whether the file is the body of the manuscript, an image, a data set, etc. <strong>This must be selected before your file will upload<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3784\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step2-1.png\" alt=\"step2-1\" width=\"1272\" height=\"478\" \/>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you\u2019ve made that selection, you can then upload your first file. It is important to note that you can only upload <strong>one<\/strong> file at a time. Additional files can be uploaded later in the process. Typically, this first file will be the body of your manuscript. Hit the <strong>Continue<\/strong> button once the file uploads.<\/p>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3785\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step2-2.png\" alt=\"step2-2\" width=\"1216\" height=\"445\" \/>\r\n\r\nAfter uploading the file, you will be asked to review the name of the file. Use the Edit link to make any changes.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3786\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step2-3.png\" alt=\"step2-3\" width=\"1228\" height=\"379\" \/>\r\n\r\nClick the <strong>Continue<\/strong> button.\r\n\r\nNext, you have the option to repeat the process to upload additional files (e.g., a data set or an image).\r\n\r\nOnce you have finished uploading all of your files, click <strong>Complete<\/strong>; this will close the upload window.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3787\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step2-4.png\" alt=\"step2-4\" width=\"1230\" height=\"464\" \/>\r\n\r\nYou will be brought back to the Submit an Article screen where you will see the files you\u2019ve uploaded. If you need to make changes, expand the blue arrow to the left of your file and make any changes using the Edit link.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3788\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step3.png\" alt=\"step3\" width=\"1262\" height=\"413\" \/>\r\n\r\nClick \u2018<strong>Save and Continue<\/strong>\u2019 to move to <strong>Step 3<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\">Step 3<\/span><\/strong>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On <strong>Step 3<\/strong>, you will be asked to add more information about the submission, including the title of the submission (broken down into prefix, title, and subtitle), the abstract, and additional contributors.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3789\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step3-1.png\" alt=\"step3-1\" width=\"1261\" height=\"564\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can add more contributors (e.g., co-authors), by clicking the <strong>Add Contributors<\/strong> link. This will open a new window with fields to enter their information.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3790\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step3-2.png\" alt=\"step3-2\" width=\"1247\" height=\"499\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hit <strong>Save<\/strong> and the new contributor will appear on the screen.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step3-3.png\" alt=\"step3-3\" width=\"1274\" height=\"537\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You may see additional fields to complete, such as <strong>Subject, Disciplines, Keywords<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3792\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step3-4.png\" alt=\"step3-4\" width=\"1270\" height=\"596\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To enter <strong>Subject, Disciplines, Keywords<\/strong>, simply type the word or phrase and hit your Enter key. The word or phrase will be formatted as a keyword.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Click <strong>Save and Continue<\/strong> to move forward.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\">Step 4<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Step 4, you will be asked to confirm that you are happy with your submission.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Click <strong>Finish Submission<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rsisinternational.org\/journals\/ijrsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/step4.png\" alt=\"step4\" width=\"1289\" height=\"430\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A box will pop up asking you to confirm you are finished.
