I am Aileen D. Tacbalan. I was born in Burauen, Leyte, Philippines. I finished my Bachelor of Science in Forestry at Visayas State University (VISCA) in 1997. I took up a Master of Agricultural Development with a major in Agricultural Extension at the same university, and I took up another Masters in Public Resource Management at Eastern Visayas State University's Burauen Campus. I also finished my Doctor of Philosophy in Rural Development at the University of Southern Mindanao in Kabacan, North Cotabato, Philippines. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor IV at Eastern Visayas State University Burauen Campus, Burauen, Leyte, Philippines, under the Agriculture Department. I am well-versed in community organizing by forming people's organizations. Strong background in program and project management and human relations.
