factors such as organizational culture, personal resilience, and work-life balance may have influenced the
results. Despite these constraints, the study provides a critical foundation for targeted interventions aimed at
enhancing decision-making competencies, engagement, and the overall quality of the clinical learning
environment for OR nurses.
