The 3rd International Conference on Global Education (ICOGE 2025), themed “Empowering Learners for the Digital Era,” aims to address the challenges and opportunities brought about by digital transformation in education. The theme of ICOGE 2025 is “Empowering Learners for the Digital Era,” highlighting the need to cultivate 21st-century skills and digital fluency among learners. The conference will explore progressive educational frameworks, digital competency development, and transformative teaching methodologies that promote empowerment, resilience, and continuous learning in an evolving technological landscape—scheduled for August 13-14, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
