Encourage cross-disciplinary dialogues by integrating different research findings and knowledge from diverse geographical, sectorial and institutional perspectives
Engage participants in intellectual discourses where theories and practices are dissected and discussed through the sharing of findings in both applied and basic research studies
Encourage academics, practitioners, and students explore and learn new and innovative techniques, specifically in the areas of marketing, retailing, entrepreneurship, tourism, hospitality and customer service
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The conference invites research papers on marketing, retailing, customer service, entrepreneurship, service management, hospitality, and tourism. We welcome research papers exploring marketing, retailing, customer service, entrepreneurship, service management, hospitality, and tourism. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the International Review Committee, with accepted papers to be published in a refereed journal, offering authors valuable academic visibility.
Without a doubt, they need each other – the academics may be poor financially but ever willing to share their wealth of knowledge while businesses and policymakers have experiences which will augment the journey to a better future. Together, we can create a superior education quality that enhances business practices and performance in this borderless world.
