How can we make editorial boards more diverse?

The reality is clear – many editorial boards, including our own, still lack diversity. While there is no instant solution to this challenge, it is essential to take meaningful steps forward. Progress will not come from words alone but through consistent actions that encourage inclusion and representation.

At RSIS International, we are committed to breaking barriers and reducing biases within our editorial structures. By actively seeking broader representation of voices, disciplines, regions, and perspectives, we aim to build editorial boards that reflect the diversity of the global research community.
