Abstract
The increasing demand for efficient gym management has highlighted the need for digital solutions that improve administrative processes and enhance member experience. Traditional methods of managing memberships, workout programs, and fitness records are often time-consuming, prone to errors, and difficult to maintain. To address these challenges, this study developed SmartGym: A Web-Based Fitness Program Management and Membership Tracking System, a web-based application designed to simplify gym operations through digital automation.
The system enables gym administrators to manage member registration, membership records, workout programs, attendance, and fitness progress in a centralized platform. It also provides trainers with tools to create and monitor customized workout plans while allowing members to view their assigned programs and track their fitness progress. By integrating these features, the system reduces manual record-keeping, improves data accuracy, and enhances communication between gym staff and members.
