Abstract

One of the most important sources of any organization is its human resources, as the performance and effectiveness of employees are crucial to determine the success of the organization. Education is one of the strongest key aspect of Human Capital Development. Teachers being central, are the backbone of the education sector and their performance is of utmost importance to shape the behaviour, skills and attitude of the students. Understanding the various factors which influence the educational performance of teachers have become an important area of research in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
