The findings revealed that the understudy training method significantly and positively relates to the quality of work performed by administrative staff in NAU, Awka; there is a significant positive relationship between job rotation and employee commitment of staff in NAU, Awka; and there is a significant positive relationship between in-house training methods and task performance among administrative staff in NAU, Awka. Based on the findings and conclusion, the study recommends that NAU should continue to invest in and expand understudy training programs to further improve administrative staff performance; the university should also implement structured job rotation policies to enhance employee commitment and develop a more versatile workforce; regular in-house training sessions such as workshops and seminars should be organized to keep staff updated on new skills and technologies, thereby boosting task efficiency and overall organizational effectiveness.
