Abstract

The widespread use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed civilization and greatly affected human behavior and well-being. This empirical study examines and quantifies AI's various effects on behavior and well-being. This study examines the complex interaction between AI and human behavior across domains using a comprehensive literature review and a variety of empirical data sources. This research examines how AI-driven personalization, recommendation systems, and content curation influence people's preferences and interactions. It also investigates AI's effects on healthcare, education, and mental health, alongside its ethical and societal implications, such as data privacy concerns, algorithmic biases, and the psychological impact of AI-powered social media platforms. The study quantifies AI's effects on job markets and economic behaviors, shedding light on future opportunities and challenges for the workforce. Additionally, it explores how AI enhances healthcare, education, and convenience. Through rigorous statistical analysis and data-driven exploration, this research seeks to understand how AI is transforming human behavior and well-being. The findings aim to guide students, professionals, and society in navigating AI technologies safely and ethically, stressing the importance of a balanced approach to harnessing AI's advantages while minimizing potential harm to individuals and communities. The primary objective of this study is to identify and analyze the AI-related factors that impact human behavior and well-being.
