Abstract
In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, Human Resource Management (HRM) is undergoing a significant transformation. Technological advancements, changing societal values, and employee expectations are reshaping the way organizations attract, engage, and retain talent. This case study explores how the digital transformation of daily life—from mobile-first behaviors to AI-driven personalization—directly influences the modern workforce and demands a shift in HR strategies. The study draws parallels between consumer behaviour and employee experience to emphasize the importance of hyper-personalization, flexible work models, and digital fluency in the workplace.
