I. INTRODUCTION

COVID-19 pandemic disrupted a lot of system including the political and the economic system. Educational system is no exemption. But the crisis stimulated innovation within the education sector. Distance learning solutions were imposed by the government to support the continuity of learning. However, the educational stakeholders are still in the phase of adjusting to the sudden shift of learning modality making effective learning questionable.
In the Philippines, reducing the risk to the academic community has been a top priority, and due to community quarantines, traditional teaching methods such as face-to- face classes are no longer available. CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 4, series of 2020, also known as Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Learning, is adopted and promulgated by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
