ACRT is a peer reviewed scientific journal that publishes work intersecting engineering, computer science and robotics with a strong focus on research which impacts the advancement of humankind. This includes Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Communications and Security, Computer Graphics and Multimedia, Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing, Electronic Devices and Advanced Materials and will consider primary research, review papers for publication.
The targeted readership of the journal include anyone involved in research or practical applications of the above-mentioned subject fields.

This century seemingly belongs to computers, artificial intelligence and robotics. The journal AI Computer Science and Robotics Technology is published by IntechOpen, one of the pioneers of Open Access. This new journal is a response to constantly listening to the scientific community and serving the rapidly growing areas at the core of InTechOpen’s expertise. Created by robotics scientists, IntechOpen launched and published the first Open Access journal in robotics and the first with an Impact Factor. Come with me towards tomorrow and together let us embrace open science policies to foster dissemination, transparency, and access to knowledge without barriers.
Please check the latest articles published, I am looking forward to receiving your research too.
ACRT is led by the Editor in Chief, Timothy Sands, and the editorial board is segmented into six specialised sections. Each section is steered by dedicated Section Editors, experienced in their field and aligned on scope and publishing standards

All three journals publish under an Open Access model and embrace Open Science policies to help support the changing needs of academics in these fast-moving research areas.
There will be direct links to preprint servers and data repositories, allowing full reproducibility and rapid dissemination of published papers to help accelerate the pace of research.
IntechOpen Journals are continuously working on maximizing the reach, accessibility and discoverability of published research. We submit all our titles to major indexing services for evaluation once the requirements for application are met.
AI, Computer Science and Robotics Technology began publishing its first articles in March 2022 and is currently indexed by the services listed below:
Crossref, Dimensions, Google Scholar, The Lens, Semantic Scholar.
All IntechOpen Journal articles are archived in CLOCKSS.

In 2022, we launched our Open Science Journals portfolio, with a view to move beyond Open Access and support the changing needs of academics. By working with our community, we quickly recognized there is space for us to assist them in gaining an even deeper understanding of Open Science principles, practices, and policies. This led us to launch a three-part webinar series where we discussed key developments in Open Science with industry-leading experts and academics.
IntechOpen’s Open Science journals are now hosted on the world’s largest repository of Open Access journal articles, R Discovery. This collaboration directly benefits our authors by increasing their visibility to the millions of researchers using R Discovery on a daily basis
We are very much looking forward to the third
webinar in our ‘Engaging with Open Science 2023’
webinar series. The webinar will be centred around
the topic of Open Peer Review and take place
during Peer Review Week on 26 September at 2 pm
UK time/3 pm CET/9 am ET, coinciding perfectly
with the theme for PRW 2023, “Peer Review and
The Future of Publishing. “
