Abstract
This experimental research study determines the proximate analysis of iba powder as a souring agent. The procedure includes sampling, preparation, drying, and powdering. The powdered iba was subjected to laboratory analysis such as crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, moisture, ash, and calcium. Results revealed that iba powder is not only a nutritious food but also a potential material for souring agents.
