Abstract
Menstruation is often associated with feelings of weakness, although perceptions of weakness may not always correspond with girls' confidence in performing daily physical activities. This study focuses on the gap difference between perceived and actual strength among girls at the time of menstruation, focusing on how inner feelings, emotions, internal beliefs and social messages shape self-perception. By analysing subjective experiences, emotional responses, and confidence towards physical activities during menstruation, the research explores how beliefs and perceptions may influence self-confidence more strongly than actual participation in daily activities.
