Abstract
This study examined the relationship between personality temperament, motivation, and satisfaction among vendors operating in a public market. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, simple random sampling of 145 respondents was selected from the total population of 227 vendors. Data were gathered through standardized questionnaires adapted from Tim LaHaye’s Personality Temperament Test and the motivation and satisfaction instrument developed by Morandarte and Paner (2022). The findings revealed that respondents demonstrated varying personality temperaments that influenced their level of motivation and satisfaction in the business industry. The results further indicated a significant relationship between personality temperament and motivation, personality temperament and satisfaction, as well as motivation and satisfaction. Respondents who exhibited positive personality characteristics also showed higher levels of motivation and workplace satisfaction. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding personality temperament in improving employee motivation, workplace relationships, and overall organizational effectiveness in the business industry.
