Abstract
The textile sector has adopted the circular economy approach that enables sustainable innovation through novel processes of design production and materials recovery. The research examines textile production under the circular economy framework to evaluate its blend of economic stability with social advantages through financial management and resource utilization. This study evaluates the textile sector's social impact on employment opportunities, workforce training, and enhancements to living conditions. The research approach relies on a literature review to uncover policy deficiencies and mandatory steps toward circular economy practice promotion from a developing country context. Circular models create financial sustainability combined with social progress according to the research findings. The final part of the research presents recommendations for policy updates that will enable the textile industry to become more sustainable and resilient.
