Abstract

The quality of graduates from an educational institution is the strongest testament to the program's effectiveness in terms of their employability in the job market, job roles, and career advancement. They also offer crucial perspectives and responses for determining the program's significance in the current job market. Moreover, higher education institutions are mandated to track students' graduate outcomes. Thereby, this study aims to determine the current employment status of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management [BSHM] graduates of the University of Cebu-Banilad, School Year 2022-2024, to be able to formulate a proposed program-level intervention plan
