Abstract
Workplace safety is a crucial factor in determining employee well-being and organizational success in the textile manufacturing industry due to occupational dangers such as cotton dust, mechanical injury risk, noise exposure, and ergonomic strain. Empirical data on the safety-performance link at the departmental level in Indian private-sector textile operations is still lacking, despite increased regulatory awareness.
