Abstract

Background: Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a common psychoneuroendocrine condition affecting women of reproductive age, characterized by cyclical physical, psychological, and behavioural symptoms during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Conventional management largely relies on hormonal therapy, which is often associated with side effects and suppression.
