Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of a government agricultural support program among rice farmers. The research aimed to determine how the program contributed to improving farming practices, productivity, and the overall livelihood of farmers. A descriptive research design was used to gather information from selected respondents through a structured survey questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed to determine the perceived effectiveness of the program and its benefits to the farming community. The findings of the study indicated that agricultural support programs play an important role in assisting farmers through the provision of resources, technical knowledge, and training opportunities. Farmers generally perceived that the program helped improve their farming practices and contributed to better crop production. However, some challenges were also observed, particularly in terms of accessibility, awareness, and the consistent delivery of services. Overall, the study showed that agricultural support programs contribute positively to the development of the agricultural sector. The results of the study may serve as a basis for improving future program implementation and strengthening support for farmers.
