Abstract
This study examines the relationship between healthy lifestyle behaviors and the level of life satisfaction among teachers of Pilar College of Zamboanga City, Inc. Teaching is a demanding profession that may involve high levels of stress, extended working hours, and limited opportunities for self-care, making healthy lifestyle practices and life satisfaction important aspects of teacher well-being.
