The principal objective of enhancement techniques is to process an image so that the result is more suitable than the original image for a specific application. Image enhancement techniques used in many areas such that Forensics, Astrophotography, Fingerprint matching etc. In image processing, low contrast image analysis is a challenging problem. Low contrast digital images reduce the ability of observer in analyzing the image. Here we propose a new method for low contrast color images enhancement. This method uses two step processing, in first step global contrast stretching method is applied to improve the contrast of image and then in second step global and local contrast enhancement(GLCE) is performed because applying the local contrast enhancement along with global contrast enhancement is much better than that of global contrast enhancement only or local contrast enhancement only. To evaluate the effectiveness of our method we choose two widely used metrics Absolute Mean Brightness Error (AMBE) and PSNR. Based on results of these two metrics this algorithm is proved as a flexible and effective way for low contrast image enhancement.

A shift has been observed in the balance of farm and non-farm self-employment activity among families is observed who live in villages. Historically, India is known to be an agricultural country and most of the revenue is generated from farm products in earlier days. The workers in the rural areas were farm self-employed, compared to non-farm activities. However, farm self-employment has been steadily declining in the last two decades due to economic and technological change in agriculture. However, the overall area under cultivation has remained fairly stable. The families who live in rural areas are earning money through dairy and other non farm products. Also, the share of workers engaged in non-farm pursuits has been increasing; following the national trend of more self-employment in the labour market overall. Since the mid-1990s, more workers in rural areas were moving towards labour market as daily wage workers. But family with self employment strategies are slowly growing and dependency on labour market is neglected. In some rural areas, the men depend on labour employment and women in making agro products and dairy development. A case study is conducted in Koochivari Palli, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, India to find the employment generating avenues and also dairy development for the self sustenance of the families.

Interpersonal style orientation of any employee is the backbone of organizational performance and developing its culture and climate. Studies have revealed that Managers who tend to be effective in their leadership styles as far as coordinating and directing their subordinates is concerned are more successful than those who lacks these styles. A useful conceptual framework to describe an individual style is Transactional Analysis. TA is quite popular and two basic concepts can be used to understand influence styles, the Ego States and the Existential Positions. Interpersonal relations have been found to be an integral part of the job world over and several studies have established their importance in formal organizations, especially for effective decision making and implementation of decisions. The current paper is a base for identifying various styles and techniques which researchers have found after extensive analysis over past few decades. It is a conceptual framework of identifying these factors and also to look into the gap which still exist within this broad spectrum of interpersonal styles and relationships existing in the organization.

For this study, three different shape buildings are considered which are both regular and irregular in plan. Three different storey conditions are applied to all the three buildings. A regular Rectangular shape, L shape and C shape buildings are studied having all 11 storey, 16 storey, 21 storey conditions. The Nonlinear static analysis is performed for all the models. The Seismic performance of Bare frame is compared with Infill frame, and for each shape models with different storey combination the effect change in number of bays with infill is studied. The Seismic performance of frame with soft storey is compared with frame having no soft storey conditions. The parameters studied are Storey Drifts, Time Period, Base Shear, Roof displacement, Performance points, and Hinge formation mechanism. From the study of all the thirty models it is found that the presence of Infill wall increases the load carrying capacity of the structure by 8 to 10 times than that of bare frame and the time period is decreased ranging from 188% to 325%.

In this paper it is shown that for charging batteries from solar panels, MPPT can be achieved by varying the duty ratio of the DC-DC converter feeding the battery so thatthe average battery charging current is maximized. Assuming negligible losses in the converter, this is equivalent to maximizing the power output of the solar panel as in traditional MPPT. A low power(10 W) prototype has been built with a buck-boost converter to charge a lead acid battery (12 V, 7AH), with an Arduino microcontroller to control the duty ratio. The method can be scaled up easily to control even Kilo Watts of power.

The utilization of outwardly wrapped fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) sheets, strips or steel plates is a present and suitable method for increasing strength of reinforced concrete (RC) beams. Various authors have been concluded on reinforced concrete beams with strengthened with the utilization of fiber reinforced polymer composite. greater part of researches explained on shear strengthening compared with flexural strengthening, while several optimizations the effect of openings on shear and flexural separately with several loading situations. By wrapping Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) sheets, retrofitting of concrete structures provide a more economical and precisely superior substitute to the traditional techniques in many situations because it offers high strength, low weight, corrosion resistance, high fatigue resistance, easy and rapid installation and smallest modification in structural geometry. This study examined the effect of polymers on beam by reading many articles on strengthening of reinforced concrete beams with and without fiber reinforcement polymers.

Shakespeare’s genius has an indefinable energy, something mobile and dynamic. That keeps his vitality undiminished even at the end of three and half centuries and seems to increase with every reading. What Enobarbus describes to Cleopatra is perfectly applicable and true about Shakespeare himself:
Age cannot wither her, nor custom stale; Her infinite variety, other women do, The appetites they feed but she makes hungry; Where most she satisfies. His uncontested supremacy rests on the spirit of his equal aptitude for tragedy and comedy, sentiment and burlesque, lyrical fantasy and character study of women no less than of men. Most of his characters possess the vital spark and signs of individual existence. Though they are differ from one another in age, in sex, in condition, in virtues and in vices. They possess the common gift of animation and life. He is one of the most conservative writers who have only refashioned subjects already used. Half his plays are revisions of works already acted. All the others are taken from chronicles or tales which he had read. Shakespearean tragedies are the most beautiful piece of work in English Literature. All are the highest achievement of the creative master dramatist. In writing his tragedies, Shakespeare did not invent only theory of his own views at the same time he followed basically what the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle had laid down years back for the composition of a tragedy. Shakespeare wrote four great tragedies Hamlet, Macbeth, King Lear and Othello. He has written on almost the same pattern. If I examine the four great tragedies of Shakespeare, I will certainly find that they resemble few common characteristics. Shakespeare’s shortest and bloodiest tragedy, Macbeth is the story of Scottish General, named Macbeth, who receives a forecast from three inauspicious witches that one day he will become the King of Scotland. Overwhelmed with ambitious thoughts and spurred to do the action by his truly overambitious wife, Lady Macbeth. Macbeth murders King Duncan and seizes the throne for himself.Page(s): 62-64 Date of Publication: 27 February 2018

The term “meta-narrative” in this paper has been taken as “tales on tales”. In the field of critical theory and particularly in post-modernism, a meta-narrative is about narratives of historical meaning, experience or knowledge which offers a society legitimating through the anticipated completion of a master idea. But as this paper would take the word in a simplified sense, it is a kind of text which focuses on a particular group of texts including it and discusses about it. It largely influences the reader who reads it, the teller who tells it, as well as the audience who listens to it.
