Abstract
This article provides an in-depth analysis of the multifaceted factors behind the remarkable marketing success of Pop Mart's pop toy IP, Labubu. It examines both the socio-environmental factors contributing to its popularity and the successful initiatives implemented by the company in product promotion. By delineating these key elements, the article aims to offer practical, instructive references for both product producers and consumers. The analysis proceeds from multiple dimensions including brand positioning, product design, channel strategy, and consumer psychology. It investigates both the deliberate strategic arrangements in Labubu’s brand development and the contingent opportunities it capitalized on within the specific market context, thereby fostering a more rational perspective on consumption trends for producers and consumers alike
