Abstract: In Vietnam, the socialization of education was officially introduced and implemented from the Government’s Resolution No. 90-CP dated August 21, 1997 on the direction and policy of socializing education and health activities, culture. The socialization of education is a major policy of our Party and State. Initially, certain results have been achieved in mobilizing social resources to meet the increasing needs of all classes of people. In this article, the author focuses on clarifying the status of socialization of education along with clarifying the advantages and limitations in the work of educational socialization in recent years, thereby proposing solutions to improve the socialization of education. The role of educational socialization contributes to the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.

I. MAKE A PROBLEM
In Vietnam, the socialization of education was officially introduced and implemented from the Government’s Resolution No. 90-CP dated August 210, 1997 on the direction and policy of socializing education and health activities, culture, which clearly states: Socialization of educational, medical and cultural activities is mobilizing and organizing the broad participation of the people and the whole society in the development of causes. That aim is to gradually raise the level of enjoyment of education, health, culture and physical and spiritual development of the People. Socialization is building a community of people’s responsibility for creating and improving a healthy and favorable socio-economic environment for educational, medical and cultural activities in each area. At the local level, this is the responsibility community of the Party committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, mass organizations, economic organizations, businesses located in the locality and of each individual.
From that, it can be understood that the socialization of education in our country is now used to refer to the process of transferring educational jobs that are currently held and implemented by the State to other areas, with other resources and other forms outside the State. In other words, the socialization of education includes the process of privatization, equitization, transfer of public educational institutions to people-founded and private, more broadly, the transfer of part of the work being done by people. The State makes it for organizations and individuals to perform under the management of the State.
