Abstract

The evolving demands of modern industries necessitate continuous learning, reskilling, and upskilling of employees. Traditional training methodologies often lack personalization and adaptability, leading to inefficiencies in internal certifications and lateral training programs. The emergence of Generative AI (Gen AI) has introduced automation in content creation and adaptive learning, but it still lacks autonomy in decision-making. Agentic AI, a more advanced AI paradigm, can enhance corporate learning by autonomously tailoring training experiences, assessing knowledge retention, and providing dynamic learning pathways. This paper explores Agentic AI’s role in revolutionizing workforce training, comparing it with Traditional Learning and Generative AI-based training. Empirical comparisons are presented through bar graphs and line charts to highlight improvements in engagement, efficiency, and certification timelines. Challenges, ethical concerns, and potential future developments are also discussed to provide a holistic view of integrating Agentic AI into corporate learning environments.
