Abstract

This study examined the relationship among leadership support, decision-making participation, work environment, and teaching performance of educators in one of the schools division in Negros Island Region. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, the study involved 128 elementary school teachers selected through total enumeration. Data were gathered through a validated researcher-made questionnaire. The findings revealed that leadership support, decision-making participation, and work environment were all rated very high. Teaching performance was rated outstanding. Results further showed significant relationships between leadership support and teaching performance, decision-making participation and teaching performance, and work environment and teaching performance. Although the relationships were weak, they indicate that supportive leadership, active teacher involvement, and a positive work environment contribute to improved teaching performance. The findings may serve as a basis for developing programs and policies that enhance teacher effectiveness and overall school performance.
