Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming the banking, business and finance sectors by automating processes, enhancing decision-making and personalizing customer experiences. This paper examines the role of AI across banking, business and finance operations, capital market activities and broader business ecosystem and investment strategies. It also analyzes the benefits-such as cost reduction, efficiency gains and improved financial inclusion-as well as the challenges associated with data privacy, algorithmic bias, regulation and workforce displacement.
