As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• While submitting a manuscript to IJRISS, all contributing author(s) must verify that the manuscript represents authentic and valid work and that neither this manuscript nor one with significantly similar content under their authorship has been published or is being considered for publication elsewhere including electronically in the same form, in English or in other languages, without the written consent the copyright holder
• All authors have agreed to allow the corresponding author to serve as the primary correspondent with the editorial office, to review the edited manuscript and proof.
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
• IMPORTANT! -> When entering the submission’s metadata on this website (Step 3 of the submission), name ALL authors of the paper. For more than one, use the “Add Contributor” button. Take care of the order of the authors. First of all, enter the first author. This is not only an annoying formality. If you don’t give all authors they won’t be listed in various indexing services and won’t appear in the Paper PDF!
• I, the submitting author, and (if applicable on behalf of ) the co-author(s), accept and agree that the editorial decisions on submissions are final with no right to appeal. A blind review process is followed by the Journal and the decision of the editors usually -but not necessarily- align with the recommendations of reviewers.
