Dr. Joel Barde is a senior lecturer in the faculty of Law, Department of International Law and Jurisprudence, University of Jos, Plateau State Nigeria. He received LLB, LLM, PhD degrees from the University of Jos and Barrister at Law (BL) Degree at the Nigerian Law School Lagos.
