Oribhabor Chinelo Blessing is a lecturer in the University of Africa, Toru-Orua, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. She possess a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) in Educational Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. She also received Masters in Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, and B.Sc. (Edu.) Mathematics from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria
