He holds a bachelors degree, a masters degree and a doctorate degree all in Business Administration from University of Benin, Benin City, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and Madonna University, Okija, all in Nigeria.

He is also a HR(Human Resource) consultant to some firms in the oil and gas sector. Besides, He has 34 Peer review journal articles in reputable national and international journals. Also He has authored 5 standard text books in the field of management, business statistics and business research methods in addition to several chapter contributions in text books and book of readings.
